Crown Range Road (Queenstown–Wānaka)
New Zealand's highest sealed through road, climbing from Arrow Junction to Crown Saddle (~1076 m) then descending the Cardrona Valley toward Wanaka. Famous for tight hairpins on the Queenstown face, alpine tussock views, and smooth bitumen throughout. NZ's highest sealed pass with Alpine-style switchbacks above the Wakatipu Basin.
